Do you want to know why your body and mind are not where you would like them? It's because you are not doing all you can to get there. Take nutrition: How many times have you said " it's not that bad for you" or "all in moderation". Take training: "I'll go tomorrow" or "I'm just not feeling it today". Excuses, excuses. In this day and age we don't have time for excuses. We have to work hard in the gym. We have to show restraint at the dinner table.
