I would LOVE to get 8 solid hours of sleep - it just doesn't happen...

Thank you for those of us who know and need a reminder and for those who do not know the simple basic guidelines for taking care of themselves, then they need this. Too many people wait until they are sick before they start putting their health as a priority. It's our health people!!
